Home, Sweet Home? 2025 Netflix

Dreambert and Bedsmith, two creatures of the Pi’illo species, wake up one morning with no memory of who they are, where they are, or how they got there. They find themselves in a strange house in an unfamiliar town, feeling lost and confused. Just as the panic sets in, a peculiar man named Wonky appears, claiming to be their father. He suggests that they must have passed out while watching TV the night before, but before he can explain further, the situation gets even stranger. A creature named Starlow, of the Star Sprite species, arrives, insisting that she is their friend. She says that they had plans to go out, but Dreambert and Bedsmith have no memory of her or any of these plans. Reluctantly, they follow Starlow outside, unsure of their surroundings. They wander through the town, acting as if they do not recognize either their surroundings or Starlow. Despite their confusion, Starlow continues to interact with them as if they have been friends for a long time. As she shows them around, Starlow patiently explains their supposed friendship and their names, trying to reassure them. Dreambert and Bedsmith, however, remain disoriented and unable to understand their past or connection to Starlow. As the day progresses, Starlow becomes more concerned, initially thinking that they are merely pretending to forget. But as the strange behavior persists, she begins to fear that something is seriously wrong with their memories. By the end of the day, Starlow’s uncertainty grows and she wonders if there is more to her forgetfulness. Dreambert and Bedsmith are sent back to the house where they woke up, and Wonky – still claiming to be their father – provides them with a bed that looks unfamiliar to them. Too tired and confused to protest, they settle in for the night. As they drift off to sleep, their minds are filled with questions about their identities, their pasts, and the cause of their sudden amnesia. The mystery of their lost memories remains unanswered as they drift into a restless sleep, unsure of what the future holds.
